Description

 РЭГ ребенка (реэнцефалография) используется для изучения мозгового кровообращения, что позволяет оценить кровенаполнение и тонус сосудов определенных участков мозга. РЭГ основана на регистрации пульсовой волны, распространяющейся через сосуды головного мозга после сокращения миокарда. Чтобы сравнить кровеносные сосуды головного мозга с сердечным выбросом, ЭКГ регистрируется одновременно с реоэнцефалограммой. При анализе данных РЭГ ребенок оценивает регулярность волн, их конфигурацию на вершине, восходящую и нисходящую части, положение относительно изолинии, крутизну склона, наличие или отсутствие венозных и дополнительных волн Показаниями к РЭГ у детей является мозговое кровообращение различных генов.
