Description

 МР-мозговая спектроскопия. Функциональная методика МРТ, позволяющая определить метаболическую активность мозговой ткани. На основании регистрации химического сдвига - изменения частоты резонанса протонов различных метаболитов (H-ацетил аспартат, холин, креатинин, лактат, глютамин, глутамат, мио-инозит, липиды и ). Размер (уменьшение или увеличение) высот пиков отдельных метаболитов в спектре можно оценить на основе биохимических процессов, происходящих в тканях мозга. МР-спектроскопия головного мозга применяется клинически при диагностике и дифференциальной диагностике опухолей, эпилепсии, инфекционных и демиелинизирующих заболеваний, нарушений мозгового кровообращения, радиационного некроза.
