Description

 Сцинтиграфия вилочковой железы. Метод функциональной визуализации, основанный на радиоактивном излучении ранее введенного препарата и фиксации этого излучения специальным оборудованием. Исследование позволяет оценить размер и форму вилочковой железы, а скорость распределения и выведения радиофармпрепарата дает представление о функции органа. Сцинтиграфия тимуса используется при диагностике структурных патологий с участками гипер или гипоплазии, используется для выявления доброкачественных и злокачественных опухолей в доклинической фазе. Методика предполагает внутривенное введение препарата, серию снимков проводят через 2-4 часа и через сутки после введения для оценки состояния и функции в динамике.
