Composition

 1 таблетка содержит бопиндолола (гидрогенмалеата) 1 мг; в блистере 10 шт., в картонной коробке 3 блистера.

Pharmacological action

 Фармакологическое действие -.
 Антиангинальное, гипотензивное, антиаритмическое, мембраностабилизирующее.
 Неселективно блокирует бета-адренорецепторы, уменьшает ангинальные симптомы, снижает АД.

Indications for use

 Артериальная гипертензия, стенокардия, аритмии.

Contraindications

 Застойная сердечная недостаточность, легочное сердце, брадикардия, AV-блокада, бронхиальная астма.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

 Противопоказано.

Method of drug use and dosage

 Внутрь, по 0,5-2 мг один раз в день (утром), при недостаточной эффективности - через 3 нед 1,5-2 мг в сутки. При нормализации АД суточную дозу уменьшают до 0,5 мг.

Side effects

 Головокружение, головная боль, слабость, AV блокада, брадикардия, аллергические реакции.

Interaction

 Усиливает кардиодепрессивное влияние верапамила, гипогликемический эффект антидиабетических препаратов.

Storage conditions

 В сухом, защищенном от света месте, при комнатной температуре.
 Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Expiration date

 3 года.
 Не применять по истечении срока годности, указанного на упаковке.
