Description

 Сцинтиграфия скелета ребенка включает введение радиофармпрепарата (бисфосфоната с 99mTc), тропического для кости и оценку его накопления в костях путем регистрации испускаемого излучения. Радиоактивный препарат неуравновешенно поглощается здоровыми и больными тканями, что позволяет увидеть и оценить участки патологического накопления радиоизотопов на сцинтиграммах, полученных с помощью гамма-камеры. Сцинтиграфия скелета у ребенка используется в детской травматологии (для выявления переломов костей, артрита, остеомиелита ) И детской онкологии (для выявления примитивных опухолей костей и метастазов в кости при других локализованных опухолях).
