Description

 Удаление внутреннего свища прямой кишки. Радикальное хирургическое удаление патологического течения, возникшего в результате самопроизвольного или оперативного вскрытия абсцесса в просвете прямой кишки при остром парапроктите. Внутренний свищ имеет только одно отверстие в стенке прямой кишки и заканчивается слепо в ткани прямой кишки. После введения ректального зеркала в прямую кишку свищевой канал окрашивают метиленовым синим, обнаруживая наличие боковых ветвей и слепых карманов. Затем зонд пропускается через внутреннее отверстие фистулы под углом 90 °, и канал фистулы отсекается. Стенки фистулы вырезаются в виде клина с острием, указывающим на просвет прямой кишки.
