Description

 Альгезиметрия роговицы Офтальмологический тест для оценки уровня чувствительности роговицы. Процедура показана при заболеваниях и поражениях роговицы, сопровождающихся нарушением ее трофики и иннервации. Альгезиметрия роговицы может быть выполнена несколькими способами. Самый простой из них - прикосновение к различным частям роговицы кусочком ваты или специальных волос различной толщины и твердости (капиллярная альгезиметрия). При нормальной чувствительности роговицы такое прикосновение вызывает дискомфорт и сопровождается рефлекторным закрытием век. Для более точной и объективной диагностики используется специальное оборудование - оптико-электронный генератор, алергометр.
