Description

 Бактериологическое исследование мочи предполагает определение содержания микроорганизмов в 1 мл мочи, их характера и степени чувствительности к антибактериальным препаратам. Исследование проводится посевом мочи на разных питательных средах. Анализируемая моча собирается в специальный стерильный контейнер. Перед сбором мочи требуется туалет наружных половых органов с мылом. Емкость с мочой должна быть плотно закрыта и доставлена в лабораторию в течение получаса. Если передача мочи в лабораторию задерживается, ее можно хранить при 4 ° С, но не дольше одного дня.
