Description

 Исследование мышц Инструментальные методы изучения состояния мышечной ткани, включая объективную оценку силы, тонуса, иннервации, двигательной функции и сократительной способности скелетных мышц. Позволяют выявить мышечные поражения, вызванные воспалительными, дистрофически-дистрофическими, травматическими поражениями. В ревматологии они используются при нескольких системных заболеваниях соединительной ткани, сопровождающихся миопатическим синдромом: СКВ, склеродермия, ревматоидный артрит, дерматомиозит и полимиозит. Тесты для определения функциональных возможностей мышц включают динамометрию, эргометрию, электромиографию.
