Description

 Нефролог, который занимается диагностикой и лечением заболеваний почек. На первой консультации он спрашивает пациента о его жалобах, подробностях их возникновения и ходе заболевания, а затем рассматривает их. Врач осматривает пациента на предмет отеков, осматривает и сканирует его спину в области проекции почки, исследует болезненность легкого инсульта с кулаком или краем ладони в нижнем ребре (симптом Пастернацкого). Сканирование почек выполняется лежа, стоя, сбоку и сидя над животом и нижней частью спины. Однако почки не всегда способны прощупывать. На основании данных обследования врач назначит пациенту необходимые обследования и дополнительные обследования.
