 Blind at night with swelling of eyes.
 Shrill singing in ears, like a bell ringing out of tune.

 Thirsty and hungry, yet as soon as they commence to drink or to eat they lose all desire.

 Twitching, jerking pains in epigastrium, flatulent eructations, colic, nausea and vomiting.
 Clayish, whitish stools ; chronic diarrhoea.
 Burning at anus.

 Sudden urging to urinate.
 Child suddenly seized with desire to urinate ; if he cannot be gratified immediately he jumps up and down with pain.
 So much pain when he passes urine as to cause him to shiver and dance around room in agony.
 Frequent desire to urinate, recurring nearly every half hour, caused by crawling stitch behind navicular fossa.
 Drawing and pressure in fossa navicularis.
 During micturition, burning and tingling from perineum, through whole urethra.
 Tingling in urethra, followed by pressure in region of сowper’s gland, early morning, better sitting or standing.
 Drawing and sticking in fossa navicularis, after urinating changed to a cutting biting.

 Gonorrhoea with sudden urging to urinate and strangury.
 Troublesome tickling and itching in urethra, with constant desire to urinate, worse in morning in bed ; better when sitting or standing ; chronic cases ; old persons.
 Gonorrhoea : inflammation very high ; intense, maddening, biting-itching, deep in urethra, patient almost wild with it, feels as if he must push some rough article down to the spot and rub it for relief ; discharge usually profuse ; chordee.
 Albuminous yellow discharge from urethra.
 Discharge very scanty, usually occurring after indulgence in liquor or spiced food ; frequent severe priapism with chordee ; at times pains in fossa navicularis ; dribbling of urine after urination. θ сhronic gonorrhoea.
 Gonorrhoea affections when neck of bladder is involved and there is sudden urgent desire to urinate ; can hardly retain his urine until he gets to a convenient place.
 Urethral disease, especially gonorrhoea, when inflammation has traveled back and patient complains of pain at root of penis ; sudden irresistible desire to urinate.
 Acute and chronic urethritis.
 Gleet.

 Bubbling sensation in muscles of back and arms.
 Sitting : tingling in urethra and pressure in region of сowper’s gland .
 Standing : tingling in urethra in region of сowper’s gland.
 Pain causes him to dance around room.

 Sleep late and full of anxious dreams.
 Morning : tingling in urethra and pressure in region of сowper’s gland ; towards, profuse seminal emissions ; desire to urinate.
 Night : blind.

 Ague, especially quotidian type ; periodicity strongly marked ; stages regular both in their evolution and succession ; adapted to acute, non-miasmatic fevers which appear to depend upon defective assimilation or perverted innervation ; indicated in men, when the pyrexia is accompanied by flatulent dyspepsia, with heat and twitching in epigastric region, eructations, nausea, vomiting and colics ; in women of strong plethoric constitutions, whose menses are painful and slight or even absent, with lumbar or inguinal pains ; slight cerebral excitement.
 Intermittent fevers complicated with abdominal affections (eight cases cured after failure of Quinine).
 Intermittent fevers ; complicating traumatic or chronic inflammation of urethra and even stricture.
 Every half hour : desire to urinate.
 Periodicity in fevers strongly marked.

 Pain : during urination ; in fossa navicularis ; at root of penis.
 Twitching, jerking pain : in epigastrium.
 Cutting biting : after urinating.
 Drawing and sticking : in fossa navicularis.
 Burning : at anus ; from perineum through whole urethra.

 Man, at. 19, suffering two weeks ; gonorrhoea.
 Man, at. 22, suffering eight days ; gonorrhoea.
 Man, at. 38, robust, suffering six years ; gleet.
 Man, at. 70, when 20, contracted gonorrhoea from which he has since suffered.
