Description

 В стоматологическом кабинете в основном используется местная анестезия. Он необходим для лечения осложненного кариеса (пульпит, периодонтит) и поврежденных зубов с незащищенной пульпой, при удалении зубов и операции на деснах. В случаях повышенной чувствительности к зубам или выраженного страха перед манипуляциями с зубами анестезия используется для установки обычной пломбы, которая не влияет на зубной нерв. Местная анестезия противопоказана при аллергических реакциях на анестетики, декомпенсированных заболеваниях печени и почек, выраженной сердечно-сосудистой недостаточности, органических поражениях центральной нервной системы. Анестезия для беременных должна проводиться только после седации.
