Description

 Определение индекса околоплодных вод. Метод объективной оценки объема околоплодных вод при беременности с помощью эхо-сканирования. Врач ультразвуковой диагностики проводит сканирование матки по четырем условным квадрантам, образованным пересечением продольных и поперечных брюшных линий, сходящихся в пупке. В каждом квадранте измеряется максимальное количество околоплодных вод. Сумма полученных значений представляет собой индекс околоплодных вод (IAI), который выражается числовым коэффициентом (в миллиметрах) и напрямую зависит от периода беременности. IAG в специальной таблице сопоставляется с допустимыми значениями. Исследование позволяет судить о количестве околоплодных вод - норме, слабой воде или полигидрамном.
