Common symptoms

 Acts upon the genito-urinary organs and the intestines; causing сUTTING PAINS; along the ureters; along ovarian ducts; up spine; with bearing down. Pulsating, flashing; wandering pains; in prostate. сoldness alternating or coincides with heat in the same or other part; burning in chest with cold feeling in pit of stomach, etc. Smarting discharges.

Modalities

 Cold; damp. Pressure of clothes.

Head, face, and ears

 Acute pulsative pains in temples.
 Puffiness under eyes (right). Lids twitch when closed and when lying down.
 Acute pain in, on bending head down better bending backwards.
 Coldness in right face, when pain is most severe in left.

Mouth and throat

 Itching, burning palate; wants to scratch it. Tongue feels swollen.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Cold feeling in stomach, with burning in chest. Nausea felt in. сutting pains with great rumbling; as if whole intestinal contents were in a fluid state. Interior of anus studded with itching eminences. Haemorrhoids, with itching.

Urogenital system

 Nephritic colic; with grinding, griping, cutting. вELLYACHE. сutting pain along ureters. Urine scanty; dribbling; dark or calcareous, adherent sediment. Nephritis; suppurative. сystitis.
 Scrotum excoriated. Pulsating, burning pain in prostate on urinating. Pain in testes, spermatic cord when urinating.
 Cutting pain along the Fallopian tubes, with bearing down. As if hips were drawn together. Metrorrhagia; amenorrhoea, in young girls. Shooting pains through the breasts.

Limbs and spine

 Aching lower limbs. Sore pains in heels. Feet alternately hot and cold.

Skin

 Urticaria. Superficial ulcers and sores on lower limbs; at climacteric.
