 Aphthae in the mouth, with ptyalism.
 Thickly-coated tongue.
 Dryness of the tongue.
 Swelling and elongation of the uvula.

 Constriction of the throat, with impeded deglutition.
 Increased secretion of watery saliva.

 Stomach and Abdomen.
 Taste salt, sourish or sweet on the tip of the tongue.
 Unusual a petite ; feels much better after having eaten a good deal.
 [35] Eats too often and too much ; rapid digestion, but losing flesh all the time.
 Alternate canine hunger and want of appetite.
 Thirst increased, day and night.
 Heartburn, after heavy food.
 Sourish eructations, with burning.

 Qualmishness, nausea (with spasmodic pain in the stomach).
 Violent vomiting ; renewed by eating.
 Vomiting of bile, with violent colic.
 Gastric derangement, with constipation.

 Swelling and distention of the abdomen ; when assuming a wrong position he is threatened with suffocation (has to lie on the back).
 Pulsations in the pit of the stomach.
 Swelling of the mesenteric glands.
 Labor-like spasms in the abdomen.

 Swelling and induration of the testicles and of the prostate gland.
 Women. Menstruation irregular, sometimes too early, at other times too late.
 Menses premature, violent and copious (Metrorrhagia).
 Leucorrhoea, corroding the linen ; acrid ; profuse.
 [65] Induration and swelling of the uterus and ovaries.
 The mammae dwindle away, become flabby.

 Respiratory Organs.
 Inflammation of the larynx and trachea.
 Pain in the larynx, with discharge of hardened mucus.
 Contraction and heat in the larynx.
 [70] Increased secretion of mucus in the trachea.
 Hoarseness in the morning and insupportable tickling and tingling in the larynx.
 The voice becomes deeper.
 Dry morning cough, from tickling in the larynx.
 Dry cough, with stitches and burning in the chest.
 [75] сough with expectoration of large quantities of mucus, which is frequently bloody.
 Rattling of mucus in the chest, with roughness under the sternum and oppression of the chest.
 Burning-stinging tension in the integuments of the chest.
 Difficulty of expanding the chest on taking an inspiration.

 [80] Violent palpitation of the heart ; increased from the least exertion (from walking or going down stairs).

 Swelling of the neck.
 The neck swells up when talking.
 Struma ; enlargement and painful induration of the goitre.

 Swelling of the glands of the neck.
 Swelling of the thyroid gland.
 Extremities.
 Upper. Pain in the bones of the arm on which he lies at night.

 Pain in the bones at night.
 Dirty, yellow, clammy, moist skin.
 Rough, dry skin.
 Itching and itching pimples on an old cicatrix.
