 Coldness on the tongue and in the pharynx.

 Violent hunger between the regular meals.

 Empty or sourish eructations.
 Pressure in the pit of the stomach, with chilliness and listlessness.

 Congestions (and obstructions) to the portal system and liver, with haemorrhoidal complaints.

 Hard, dry stool, -the latter part is mixed with mucus.
 Painful diarrhoea, passing at last nothing but mucus.
 Continuous pain in the rectum.

 Urinary Organs.

 Itching in the urethra.

 Respiratory Organs.
 Dryness of the throat and chest, with violent cough, as from the vapor of sulphur.
 Violent cough, with coryza.
 Oppression of the chest, with violent palpitation of the heart.

 Palpitation of the heart, with sensation of coldness in the region of the heart.

 Extremities.
 Upper. сoldness of the arms.
 Lower. сold feet, with palpitation of the heart.

 Generalities.
 Convulsions followed by delirium.

 Twitchings, especially about the head.
 Pulse accelerated, or soft and sluggish, not synchronous with the beats of the heart.

 Fever.
 Chilliness in the open air.
 Chilliness over the back and neck, with warm feet.
