Description

 Криодеструкция родинки (невуса). Способ удаления пигментации на коже путем замораживания ее ультранизко температурным жидким азотом. Глубокая заморозка ткани родинки вызывает крионекроз и смерть. Заживление происходит под сухой коркой, которая защищает рану от инфекции. Через 2-3 недели корка сама отслаивается, к этому времени под ней образуется здоровая эпителиальная ткань. Недостатком криодеструкции является невозможность контролировать глубину воздействия холода, что не исключает ожогов и последующего рубцевания тканей. В случае неполной криодеструкции невуса может потребоваться повторение процедуры.
