Description

 Хирургическое удаление ногтевой пластинки при грибковой инфекции довольно травматично, болезненно и применяется при тотальных формах онихомикоза и недоступности более деликатных методов. После обработки стопы антисептиком на палец накладывают жгут и вводят местный анестетик. Распаторные или ножничные ветви отшелушивают эпонихий от ногтя. Снимают ногтевую пластину, тщательно очищают ногтевое ложе, обрабатывают настойкой йода с мазевой заправкой с эмульсией симптомицина или линиментом Вишневского. Повязки меняют каждые 3-4 дня, переходят на противогрибковое лечение после эпителизации ногтевого ложа.
