Description

 Дренаж посттравматической гематомы. Открытие полости, которая является результатом травмы, содержит жидкость или свернутую кровь. Клетки крови подвергаются стратификации и дренажу в тех случаях, когда их самовсасывание кажется маловероятным из-за значительных размеров или дальнейшего кровотечения. Операция проводится под местной анестезией. Врач выполняет надрез на 1-3 см выше центра гематомы, удаляет жидкую кровь и сгустки из полости, обильно промывает полость раствором перекиси и, при необходимости, фурацилин использует 1-2 шва, опорожняет рану с помощью трубки, полутрубки или резиновой чешуи, закрывает ее под давлением.
