 УЗИ плевральной полости. Ультразвуковой метод эхолокации дополнительных образований и выпота в плевральной полости. Используется для диагностики гидроторакса, субкостального и надфенического инкапсулированного плеврита, эмпиемы, спаек, опухолей плевры. Преимущество ультразвукового исследования плевральной полости перед рентгенологическим исследованием заключается в способности обнаруживать небольшие скопления жидкости (от 5 до 10 мл), определять объем и характер экссудата, отсутствие радиационного облучения пациента. Стоимость независимых исследований и ультразвуковой навигации при плевральной пункции различна.
