Description

 Операции при свищах мочевого пузыря. Группа вмешательств, выполняемых при наличии патологических анастомозов между нижними отделами мочевыделительной системы и соседними органами - влагалищем, маткой, толстой кишкой. Они проводятся в плановом порядке в условиях стационара под общим наркозом с использованием лапароскопического, лапаротомического, вагинального и внутрипузырного доступа. Предусматривают иссечение свищевого хода, отделение и раздельное ушивание органов. Иногда требуется резекция органа, временная эпицистостомия или колостомия. Стоимость операций при свищах мочевого пузыря зависит от типа патологического сообщения, варианта доступа и уровня сложности вмешательства.
