Description

 Периартериальная симпатэктомия. Хирургическая техника, которая заключается в удалении части придаточной мембраны артерии, содержащей нервные волокна, или рассечении ветвей симпатических нервов, которые приближаются к артерии. В качестве самостоятельного вмешательства его используют для паллиативного лечения облитерирующих заболеваний конечностей, когда это невозможно осуществить или при наличии противопоказаний к применению методов прямой реваскуляризации. Операция направлена на денервацию сосудистой стенки, обеспечение купирования артериального спазма, улучшение периферического кровообращения и уменьшение ишемии. Эффект периартериальной симпатэктомии является переменным.
