Description

 Поясничная симпатэктомия. Хирургическая резекция симпатического ганглия в поясничном отделе позвоночника. В сосудистой хирургии она проводится в ходе паллиативного лечения облитерирующего эндартериита, атеросклероза и постфлеботического синдрома сосудов нижних конечностей, в случае невозможности восстановительных вмешательств или в дополнение к реконструктивным операциям. Выполняется на стороне большего повреждения конечности или обеих сторон. Симпатический поясничный ствол секретируется через забрюшинный доступ. Обычно при поясничной симпатэктомии проводится резекция 2-4 лимфатических узлов.
