Description

Механические средства стерилизации женщин вызывают закупорку участков яйцеводов сперматозоидами, мешая им оплодотворять яйцеклетку. Лапароскопически эластичные кольца или щипцы удерживают трубки на расстоянии 1-2 см от углов матки.
 Наиболее вероятным осложнением механической окклюзии маточных труб является возможность рассечения и отделения маточной трубы во время отека или фиброза. Механическая стерилизация является обратимой, поскольку она оставляет возможность удаления стручков и колец и восстановления проницаемости труб.
