Description

 Дренаж околоносовых пазух - современный, атравматичный и практически безболезненный терапевтический метод, применяемый при экссудативных формах хронического синусита, острого синусита и рецидивах гнойного синусового процесса после операции. В носовую полость вводится специальный двухцилиндровый катетер, который блокирует связь с глоткой и покидает носовую полость. Катетер, расположенный между цилиндрами, используется для промывания пазух, а затем вводятся лекарственные вещества (антисептики, антибиотики). Дренаж околоносовых пазух не проводится при тяжелом состоянии пациента, пороках верхних дыхательных путей.
