Description

 Устранение нескольких атером мошонки. Хирургическое лечение доброкачественных липоидных образований, заключенных в фиброзную железистую капсулу, возникающую в результате закупорки выводных протоков сальных желез кожи мошонки. Удаление мошонки с помощью атеромы следует выполнять с капсулами, чтобы предотвратить образование жира и рецидив атеромы. Процедура проводится под местной анестезией (лидокаин 2%). При атеромной инфекции после ее вскрытия удаляются гнойное содержимое и атероматозные массы, капсула иссекается, задерживается после исчезновения воспаления.
