Description

 Рассечение и дренирование абсцесса мошонки. Незначительные операции по удалению и дезинфекции ограниченного гнойного очага мошоночной ткани (поверхностного или интраспинального). Под местной инфильтрационной анестезией с продольным разрезом все полости абсцесса (в том числе и в яичках) вскрываются в зоне колебаний, опорожняются, промываются антисептическими растворами и забиваются. Метод открытой раны с заменой Turunda гипертоническим раствором и антибактериальными мазями. Кроме того, проводится консервативная антибактериальная терапия; В то время как противоположное яичко остается неизменным, иногда выполняется эпидидиморэктомия.
