Description

 Подавление удержания кисты слюнных желез. Хирургическое вмешательство для отшелушивания (цистэктомия) или иссечения кистозного образования с железой (цистезиалэктомия). В зависимости от места расположения кисты используется внутриротовой или внешний доступ (иногда комбинированный доступ). В первом случае два полуовальных среза слизистой оболочки, окружающей кисту, выполнены на стороне полости рта, а ее капсула отделена от окружающей паренхимы. Если невозможно изолировать оболочку кисты, ее удаляют прилегающей поверхностью железистой ткани. Во избежание рецидивов необходимо полное удаление стенок кисты слюнных желез.
