Description

 Удаление камня слюнных желез. Экстракция слюнного камня, предотвращающая отток секрета железы. В зависимости от локализации камня (в паренхиме, разных частях протока слюнной железы) применяется разная тактика. Когда конкремент располагается вблизи устья протока, к нему прибегают к рассечению отверстия, что облегчает извлечение камня со стороны полости рта. Если исчисление лежит в толще железы, оно может быть удалено вместе с измененной паренхимой или всей железой. Когда камень локализуется в протоке, стенка последнего рассекается, камень удаляется, проток промывается протеолитическими ферментами, после чего его целостность восстанавливается. Возможно удаление камней из протоков слюнных желез с помощью сиалоэндоскопии.
