Description

 Замена пястной кости. Замкнутая замена отломков при переломах со смещением. Наиболее часто выполняется с повреждением пятой пястной кости - «травма боксера» и перелом основания первой пястной кости - перелом Беннета. Процедура проводится под местной анестезией. Врач вводит анестетик в зону перелома, выполняет вытяжение (удлиняет поврежденный сегмент конечности), устраняет смещение отломков и накладывает слепок. При нестабильных переломах сразу после замены фрагменты фиксируют иглой, по возможности - под контролем ЭОП. Затем пациента отправляют на контрольную рентгенограмму, чтобы убедиться, что фрагменты сопоставлены правильно.
