Description

 Уменьшение фаланг пальцев ног. Закрытая манипуляция, во время которой травматолог выполняет сравнение отломков с вывихом перелома. С высокой вероятностью вторичного смещения (например, при косых переломах) это выполняется с помощью чрескожной фиксации иглы. Процедура проводится под местной анестезией. Травматолог тянет пальцем вдоль оси, устраняет смещение отломков кости и, при необходимости, фиксирует отломки с помощью иглы, которая проходит через кожу. Затем на пораженную конечность накладывают гипсовую повязку, и пациенту дают направление на контрольной рентгенограмме. Прикрепление иглы может быть выполнено под контролем усилителя изображения.
