Description

 Замена каблука. Сравнение отломков при переломах тела и пятки пяточной кости с вывихом. Для полного восстановления опорных и ходовых функций связь между костью и сводами стопы выполняется с точным соблюдением анатомической формы кости. Он проводится под местной анестезией в положении пациента, лежа на животе. Чтобы расслабить мышцы ног трицепса и облегчить наложение фрагментов, нога пациента сгибается до коленного сустава, и ступня переводится в положение подошвенного сгибания. Устраните смещение, нанесите гипсовый слепок с тщательно смоделированными арками, направьте пациента на контрольную рентгенограмму. В случае неудачной попытки изменения положения отображается операция.
