Description

 Резекция брюшной полости прямой кишки. Это хирургическое вмешательство, суть которого заключается в удалении прямой кишки (часто с сигмовидной областью) и наложении сигмо-ректального анастомоза «конец в конец» с его погружением под брюшную полость таза. Он относится к категории сложных операций по сохранению сфинктера и проводится лапаротомией. Показанием к резекции прямой кишки является злокачественная опухоль, расположенная в верхней части миндалины или (реже) в средней ампулярной области органа. Вмешательство проводится под общим наркозом в стационаре. Операция может осложняться кровотечением, инфекцией раны, образованием абсцессов и флегмон в области таза и забрюшинного пространства, образованием фекальных свищей. Перитонит наблюдается редко.
