Description

 Резекция сигмовидной и прямой кишки проводится при раковых поражениях, травмах, полипозе и т. Д. Заболевания дистального отдела толстой кишки. Резекция сигмовидной и прямой кишки может выполняться брюшным, промежностным или перитонеально-промежностным доступом. Степень вмешательства зависит от распространенности поражения и может варьироваться от щадящей резекции прямой или сигмовидной кишки до проктосигмоидэктомии и продолжительной ректальной экстирпации. Резекция сигмовидной и прямой кишки обычно связана с реконструктивно-восстановительными процедурами (илеоколоректопластика, колоректальный медперсонал) и введением временной или постоянной сигмоидальной / проктостомии.
