Description

 Операции на орбите. Хирургическое вмешательство в костную полость, которая служит контейнером для глазного яблока и вспомогательного аппарата глаза. Может выполняться при опухолях, инородных телах, гнойных процессах (остеомиелит, абсцесс), травматических повреждениях орбиты. Основным доступом для проникновения в полость орбиты является орбитотомия. Дальнейшее течение операции определяется характером и распространенностью патологического процесса. В случае серьезных повреждений, глазное яблоко может быть удалено (энуклеация, потрошение) или может быть выполнено расширение орбиты. В дальнейшем пациентам может потребоваться имплантация глазного протеза, восстановление дефектов и деформаций орбиты.
