Description

 Операция при раке полости рта. Хирургические вмешательства на мягких тканях и костных структурах полости рта, когда они поражены опухолевым процессом. Они включают резекционные операции (гемиглезэктомия, резекция губ, твердое или мягкое небо, челюсти, слюнные железы) и удаление пораженных органов (общая глоссэктомия, паротидэктомия, удаление челюсти). При значительном распространении рака ротовой полости выполняются комбинированные операции, включая резекции нескольких анатомических структур (например, языка, дна рта, альвеолярного отростка челюсти), удаление шейных лимфатических узлов и ткани шеи. Полученные дефекты устраняются с помощью пересадки кожи или кости.
