Description

 Резекция губ Частичное хирургическое удаление ткани верхней или нижней губ. Проводится со злокачественными опухолями этой локализации. Это может быть самостоятельный метод лечения, применяемый в сочетании с химиотерапией и лучевой терапией. Объем операции зависит от распространенности новообразования. На начальных этапах показана резекция клина с местно-распространенным процессом - комбинированная резекция с одновременной заменой дефекта, при необходимости, в сочетании с удалением соседних анатомических структур и регионарных лимфатических узлов. В случае рецидивирующих и остаточных новообразований проводится трапециевидная или квадратная резекция губы с пластикой с местными тканями.
