Description

 Резекция верхней челюсти. Частичное хирургическое удаление этого анатомического образования. Выполняется при доброкачественных и злокачественных новообразованиях верхней челюсти, онкологических процессах в носу и околоносовых пазухах. Степень вмешательства определяется распространенностью процесса, в случае злокачественных новообразований резекция верхней челюсти может дополняться расширением орбиты и удалением ткани шеи. Когда образуются значительные дефекты, проводится одновременная остеопластическая реконструкция. Обычно используется внешний доступ, для небольших опухолей возможна резекция через внутриротовой разрез.
