Description

 Резекция дна рта. Операция, при которой происходит частичное удаление ткани этого анатомического региона. Выполняется при злокачественных новообразованиях I-III степени пола. На начальном этапе пораженный участок удаляется и отступает на расстоянии 2 см или более от края новообразования. Местные стандартные процессы производят широкий спектр близлежащих тканей, включая мышцы, кровеносные сосуды и фасцию. Возможно сочетание с резекцией языка и нижней челюсти. При необходимости проводится пластическая реконструкция. На более поздних стадиях резекция полости рта дополняется лучевой терапией. Во всех случаях показано облучение или рассечение шейных лимфатических узлов.
