Description

 Резекция половины языка. Хирургическое удаление половины языка. Вырабатывается при злокачественных новообразованиях боковой поверхности языка I-II стадии. Обычно, часть комбинированного лечения, проводится после курса лучевой терапии. Эндотрахеальная анестезия используется как метод анестезии при гемиглезэктомии. Язык прошит в области кончика и выделен лигатурой. Рассечь уздечку, чтобы увеличить подвижность органов. Пораженная часть языка иссекается по средней линии, ткань ушивается послойно, выполняются два этапа операции, идущие от корня до кончика. Удалите верхние и подъязычные лимфатические узлы.
