Description

 Удаление кисты Беккера. Иссечение слизистой оболочки, заполненной жидкостью межкавитального мешка, расположенного вдоль задней поверхности коленного сустава. Это выполняется под спинальной или местной анестезией. Разрез делается на задней поверхности коленного сустава над областью кисты. Образование тупо изолированно от окружающей ткани, его точка прикрепления сшита и завязана, после чего киста рассекается у основания. Рана ушивается и закрывается асептической повязкой. Открытое удаление кисты Беккера предполагает неделю пребывания пациента в больнице. Отдаленные результаты, как правило, хорошие, осложнения наблюдаются редко.
