Description

 Сухожилие четырехглавой мышцы бедра выполняется со старыми перерывами, когда сухожилие укорачивается и его восстановление, приближая поврежденные концы, становится невозможным. Операция проводится под спинальной анестезией или под общей анестезией. Пациент находится в положении на спине с выпрямленными ногами. В проекции внутреннего края сухожилия четырехглавой мышцы делается разрез кожи длиной около 10 Поврежденные края сухожилия голые, без рубцовых спаек на окружающие ткани. В проксимальной части сухожилия вырезан V-образный лоскут, который подшивается к дистальной части.
