 Операции на костях предплечья в травматологии выполняются со свежими ранами (переломы, переломы) и последствиями травматических повреждений (задержка и неправильное слияние, ложные суставы). В зависимости от положения все вмешательства можно разделить на три группы: операции на проксимальных отделах, в области диафиза и в области дистального метепифиза предплечья. Наиболее распространенными операциями на костях предплечья являются остеосинтез диафизарных переломов и открытая фиксация локтевого отростка. Редко возникает необходимость в остеосинтезе радиальных переломов в типичном положении. Остеопластические вмешательства для ложных суставов редко необходимы из-за низкой заболеваемости патологией.
