Description

 Криодеструкция раковины. Частичное хирургическое разрушение нижних носовых раковин при низких температурах. Выполняется при выраженной гипертрофии слизистой оболочки полости носа, целью операции является улучшение носового дыхания. Вмешательство выполняется в плановом порядке. Анестезия не требуется, поскольку быстрое охлаждение тканей обеспечивает обезболивающий эффект. После завершения криодеструкции носовых раковин и разогрева тканей до нормальной температуры возникает легкое покалывание или жжение. Методика не применяется при острых воспалительных процессах и обострении хронических заболеваний верхних дыхательных путей, общих инфекций, декомпенсированной терапевтической патологии.
