Description

 Реконструктивная хирургия среднего уха. Пластические операции выполняются для устранения последствий травм и гнойных воспалительных процессов. Они включают методы, целью которых является восстановление слуховых косточек, барабанной перепонки и сосцевидного отростка височной кости. Проводится с использованием искусственных имплантатов, гомо- или аутотрансплантатов (хрящевой или костной ткани, кожных и мышечно-фасциальных лоскутов). Реконструктивные операции на среднем ухе обычно выполняются в плановом порядке в условиях стационара под эндотрахеальным наркозом, местная анестезия иногда используется у взрослых пациентов.
