Description

 Myringoplastyka. Немедленное восстановление целостности барабанной перепонки, поврежденной травмой или гнойным отитом. Хирургическое вмешательство проводится в плановом порядке под общим наркозом. Свободный лоскут кожи захватывается мочкой уха, чтобы закрыть перфорированное отверстие. Мирингопластика проводится с помощью специального микроскопа через слуховой канал. Лоскут наносится на барабанную перепонку и прижимается с обеих сторон рассасывающимися губкообразными материалами. В послеоперационном периоде пациенту рекомендуется воздерживаться от сморкания и быстро дышать через нос, чтобы кожа не двигалась.
