Description

 Stapedoplastyka. Операция реконструкции, во время которой поврежденный стремя заменяется имплантатом. Показаниями к операции являются средний отит и отосклероз после травмы и воспалительных процессов в двусторонних поражениях и отрицательный результат теста Ринне (разница между костной и воздушной проводимостью при аудиометрии составляет 20 и более дБ). Стапедопластика обычно проводится в стационаре после устранения активных симптомов воспалительного процесса. Под наркозом основание ножек стремени удаляется или мобилизуется путем замены аутотрансплантатами или искусственным протезом.
