Description

 Дериксвайлерский аппарат. Фиксированная ортодонтическая конструкция с механическим принципом работы для расширения верхней челюсти. Используется для дистализации моляров и премоляров, для исправления перекрестных прикусов и других дефектов, вызванных сужением верхней челюсти. Компонентами оборудования являются опорная плита с регулировочным винтом; Крюковые кольца для крепления к опорным зубам (коренные или премоляры, иногда на клыках); Арочные провода соединительной пластины и крепежа. Устройство изготавливается по индивидуальным размерам и с учетом анатомических условий челюсти пациента. Во время лечения давление на нижнечелюстную арку увеличивается при завинчивании винта, шов неба расходится, а верхняя челюсть расширяется.
