Description

 Правая гематопэктомия Тип типичной резекции печени, во время которой производится удаление ее сегментов V, VI, VII и VIII-й. Используется при первичных злокачественных опухолях и метастазах, абсцессах, кистах (включая паразитов), поражениях печени Операционный доступ - клубовидный разрез в правом подреберье. Мобилизовать резецированную долю, связать сосуды в портальной щели, печеночном протоке и печеночных венах. Печень рассекается по средней трещине, а правая доля рассекается по краю нижней полой вены. Для покрытия культи печени используют желчный пузырь, большой сальник или лоскут диафрагмы. Операция заканчивается дренированием желчных протоков. В случае удаления IV сегмента левой доли печени показана расширенная правосторонняя гемомиэпатэктомия.
