Description

 Резекция лоскута печени (лобэктомия). Типичная резекция печени, при которой пораженная левая или правая доля печени удаляется вдоль анатомической границы. Показаниями для лобэктомии являются травмы, гемангиомы, аденомы, гранулемы, кисты, внутрипеченочный холангиолитиаз и первичные и метастатические злокачественные опухоли. По отдаленной доле печени проводится различие между левосторонней и правосторонней лобэктомией. После вскрытия брюшной полости мобилизуйте удаляемую долю печени, пересекайте связки, работайте над соответствующими долевыми артериями, протоками и ветвями воротной вены. Рассеките паренхиму печени по всей толщине и удалите измененный лоскут. пустое перипеченочное пространство.
